Opening company's first regional office. Building business from zero, including generating brand new customer base and recruitment and training of local team. Over 500 client businesses funded with ~5 mn GBP total lending.  The business contributed 40% to the company's top line within the first 6 months of operation. 


Designing a comprehensive turnaround strategy to secure position of the brand in the local market and capture growth opportunities . Collaborating with the CEO and the Board of Directors to review and shape up all principal value-generating areas of business: Organisational Culture/HR, Brand Marketing, Trade & Sales.



Designing a segmentation model defining future growth areas within category for Asia, Eastern Europe and Middle East, exploring product innovation, identifying growth drivers and developing 'how to win' recommendations.
